Cart-King retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled. Cart-King thus encourages customers to use care when placing an order, as once placed the order can not be cancelled, nor the item returned or exchanged unless Cart-King expressly consents.
In order to obtain a refund or exchange, prior approval must be given by Cart-King. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to start communication. Cart-King’s office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, PST.
Generally, Cart-King will consider returns within 5 days of purchase. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Due to their product nature, Cart-King can not accept returns of custom units, EZ-Carts and EZ-Kiosks.
At Cart-King’s sole discretion, Cart-King may impose a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee on items returned.
Shipping and Delivery
All items purchased from Cart-King are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Cart-King is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.
Delivery to Canada and United States of America (continental) is usually done within 3 to 30 days from purchase for EZ-Carts and EZ-Kiosks and within 30 to 60 days after manufacturing for custom carts and kiosks.
What does Cart-King International do with my personal information?
Cart-King uses personal information to process purchase payment and deliver our products only. Cart-King does not store customer information online.
