This 7 x 18 foot concession trailer was designed as a self-contained mobile food unit with two large service windows, food-safe finishes, and a flexible interior layout. Built for mobility, it provided vendors with an all-in-one solution for preparing and serving meals at festivals, events, and roadside locations.
The trailer included an insulated core wall, locking service windows, a secure entry door, rooftop venting, and space for two to three operators. Available in a variety of colors, it was crafted to balance durability, food safety, and customer-facing interaction.

This project delivered a fully mobile solution for food businesses needing flexibility and reach. With its compact footprint and customizable interior, the trailer could be outfitted with grills, fryers, ovens, or fridges to match any cuisine type. The optional sink unit featured four stainless steel basins, pumps, heaters, and tanks for clean and grey water, meeting health codes for independent operation.
Durable materials like recycled moisture-resistant laminates and flexible PVC flooring made cleaning easy, even with a hose. Color options and add-on features like decorative wheels allowed vendors to match the trailer to their brand identity.
