Designed to make your fast food mobile

This custom unit was specially designed to make a fast food stand mobile. Sandwiches, cookies and soft drinks are popular fare for people on the go. To serve it effectively requires space for microwaves, toasters and refrigerators for vegetables and cold cut meats. It also needs to have running hot and cold water, as well as a point of sale area. Our unit is an exceptional and capable mobile kitchen for all types of catering as it has all these accommodations.

In the configuration shown, there is space for a display refrigerator* to keep the vegetables fresh and the meats cold. A stainless steel food-safe preparation area is built in to prepare the sandwiches. There is a point of sale area to one side. In the rear of the cart is a space to hold the bread and an optional sink unit with hot and cold water for cleanliness. Underneath the counter surfaces is locking storage for inventory and supplies when the kiosk is not in active service.

Finally, this mobile cart is equipped with locking wheels so that it can be moved from location to location with ease. It also has electrical outlets and both directional and non-directional lighting to draw the hungry customer's eyes to the most important element, the food.
