This retail display kiosk was custom designed and built for the Western Athletic Clubs (now Bay Club) in California. This luxurious property needed a poolside kiosk to vend sporting goods and themed merchandise to their membership and guests.
Naturally, as is the case with any luxury club, hotel or resort, the retail merchandising unit needed to be designed with luxury in mind to fit in with the theme of its pool surroundings. And, since it is designed to be outdoors and mobile, it needed to be light, easily movable and durable.
Designed for secure mobile retail vending
This retail display is made out of powder-coated aluminum on a lightweight frame. The paint is baked on electrostatically so that it never chips or fades. The point of sales computer sits on one wall and is lockable with a rolling steel door. On the other three sides of this luxurious RMU is floor to ceiling slatwall for maximum retail presentation.
To further increase retail sales exposure, the outdoor RMU usually has strategically placed “eye-level” shelves on all 4 posts for a combination of eight highly viewable areas for merchandise display.
These retail display units come standard with plugs, lighting and locking storage. They are built on 6 heavy duty lockable wheels which allow the vendor to move the unit from one place to another to take advantage of changing customer traffic trends.
All these features make for a secure, mobile vending unit that packs a punch.
